Thomas Kukula founded General Base around 1990. Beside deejaying that he already did in his hometown Düsseldorf from 1986, he's a producer of electronic music. He released his biggest songs 'Apache' and 'Poison' in 1993. At the end of 1993 he released his debut album 'First'. He also has other project names like Candy Beat, T.H.K. and Red 5. He also remixed several songs by artists like Moby, Bass Bumpers, Maxx, The Good Men, United DJ's, Sheeva and Sequential One.
